Welcome to Little Frog Studio! These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use our website or buy from us. By placing an order or joining the Pond Pals Club, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Orders and payment
- All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through.
- We work hard to show products accurately, but colors can look slightly different on screens, and handmade items may vary a little from the photos.
- We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock, a price was listed by mistake, or we suspect fraud.
2. Shipping
We currently ship to: US. Shipping costs and timing are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are up to the carrier, but we'll always help if something goes wrong.
3. Returns, damaged items and refunds
If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
4. Digital downloads
- Digital products are delivered as download links right after purchase and by email. Each link works 5 times within 30 days, so please save your files.
- Digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the files, or claim the artwork as your own.
- Because digital files can't be "returned", digital purchases are non-refundable once downloaded, unless the file is faulty and we can't fix it.
5. The Pond Pals Club (monthly subscription)
Automatic renewal: The Pond Pals Club costs $10.00 per month plus $4.50 flat-rate U.S. shipping per box ($14.50 per month in total), plus any sales tax shown at checkout. When you join, your card is charged right away, and it is charged again automatically every month on the same date until you cancel.
- One box per paid month. Each successful monthly payment includes one surprise box. Boxes are packed and shipped once a month.
- It's a mystery! Box contents are a surprise and change every month. What was inside a box is revealed once the following month's box begins. Contents can't be chosen or swapped, and the value and number of items may vary.
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel online through the membership page, or by emailing shoplittlefrogstudio@gmail.com. Cancelling stops all future charges. Your membership stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you'll still receive that month's box.
- Refunds. Monthly payments are non-refundable once that month's box has shipped. If you cancel before your box ships and would rather have a refund for that month, email us and we'll take care of it.
- Failed payments. If a monthly payment fails, Stripe may retry it. If it can't be collected, your membership may be paused or cancelled, and no box ships for that month.
- Address changes. Please update your shipping address before your next box ships. We can't be responsible for boxes sent to an outdated address you gave us.
- Price changes. If the monthly price ever changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, so you can cancel first if you'd like.
6. Our artwork and characters
All designs, artwork, characters (including the Pond Friends), logos and content on this site belong to Little Frog Studio and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product gives you the item itself, not the right to copy, reproduce or sell the designs.
7. Using the site
Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, getting into areas you're not allowed in, or using it for anything unlawful.
8. Limitation of liability
We provide the site and our products "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Little Frog Studio isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Changes don't apply to orders already placed. For club members, we'll email you about any important changes before they take effect.
