Club questions
When will I be charged?
You're charged today, then on the same day each month. Every payment = one box.
Can I find out what's in this month's box?
Nope, it's a mystery! Each box is revealed once the following month's box begins, so club members are always the first to see it.
When do boxes ship?
We pack and ship boxes once a month. You'll receive the box for every month you're subscribed.
How do I cancel or update my address?
You can cancel anytime, no questions asked. You'll still get the box for the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Manage your membership here, where you can cancel, update your card or change your address.
